Reducing this toxic load is a critical yet often overlooked part of supporting the nervous system.
I’m currently in the process of becoming certified as an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Practitioner, which deepens my ability to offer holistic and personalized care that connects the body and mind. My approach is grounded in science, guided by compassion, and tailored to each individual’s unique story.
